With a strategic focus on global partnerships and high-impact projects, he ensures that 144 Ventures remains at the forefront of industry advancements. His extensive experience in finance, risk management, and strategic advisory strengthens the firm’s position in global markets. Previously, Yusef served as Senior Vice President at The Millennium Group International and Centennial Group International, handling complex M&A transactions and funding economic development centers throughout Asia. He also worked as an associate at BW Group, where he played a role in maritime investments and logistics, and continues to serve as an advisor. 

Rey J. Rubio is the driving force behind our technological innovation and advanced material science initiatives. With over 25 years of experience in power systems, energy storage, and sustainable infrastructure, Rey brings unparalleled expertise to our team as Chief Technology Officer.

A visionary engineer and inventor, Rey specializes in Bio Graphene production, off-grid power systems, and advanced nanotechnology. His groundbreaking work includes the development of sustainable concrete reinforcement, carbon-calcium solid-state batteries, and low-power resonant frequency exfoliation of biochar.

Mads Christiansen is an expert in advanced materials, industrial innovation, and sustainable solutions. With a deep understanding of scalable business models, he ensures operational efficiency and technology deployment across 144 Ventures’ initiatives.

With a strong background in engineering and sustainable product development, Mads is responsible for streamlining operations, optimizing processes, and commercializing advanced materials in sectors like clean energy, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing.

Francois Laurent-Renet has cultivated a global career spanning diverse roles and industries, with a strong focus on marketing, branding, business development, and customer engagement.

His deep expertise in emerging technologies, combined with a tech-savvy approach to business, has enabled him to refine his core competencies and leverage tools such as Artificial Intelligence, Augmented and Virtual Reality, Social Media, and SaaS platforms. He has effectively applied these technologies to enhance risk management, client experiences, and operational efficiency.

As an entrepreneur, Francois has launched ventures in Fashion, Art, Leadership, Technology, Philanthropy, and E-Sports. He is the co-founder of The Impossible Network, an innovative online philanthropic app.

Beyond his entrepreneurial endeavors, Francois serves as a mentor and advisor to startup founders across industries including Health & Wellness, Sustainable Energy & Recycling, High Tech, Luxury, Travel, Entertainment, AI, and Web3/Blockchain technologies.

Devin White is a high-achieving financial professional with extensive experience in operations management, corporate recovery, private investment banking, and transaction advisory. With a solid background in estate planning and financial advisory, Devin has worked with entrepreneurs, family offices, and private investors to navigate complex financial and corporate challenges. He holds an MBA in Finance & Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in History & Political Science from the University of Michigan.

Throughout his career, Devin has demonstrated his ability to deliver significant financial recoveries and build strong client relationships. Notably, in his recent role as a Senior Financial Adviser at New York Life Insurance & Investments, Devin secured $3.6M in recovery for a major client and gained $6M in client commitments within his first 60 days. His experience also includes developing estate plans for prominent figures in the automotive and entertainment industries.

Devin’s career spans roles at top financial institutions like Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where he managed assets exceeding $150 million and expanded high-net-worth portfolios. His expertise in crisis management was further showcased when he served as Treasurer for Kanye West's 2020 presidential campaign, where he played a pivotal role in the campaign’s financial wind-down.

He is licensed with Series 7, 66, 63, and holds a Health & Life Insurance license (Florida). His recent achievements include consulting on crisis management and financial advisory cases featured in the Financial Times and RadarOnline.
